New version! Several bug fixes and QoL changes.

It's been a long time since I uploaded the game for the game jam, and I promised to make a new version of the game later. 

It's long overdue, but here it is. I fixed pretty much all the bugs I encountered and added a couple changes for QoL improvements!

This is only a small update, so soon there will come another one that actually adds features and cool stuff to the game, so stay tuned :D

Changelog:

• When hiring a surgeon, the level up price didin't appear. Fixed.
• Current Assistants text says current surgeons. Fixed.
• It's not clear why the player can't get/upgrade something. Fixed.
• Pricing issues for the marketing campaigns. Fixed.
• Progress bars don't dissappear after the progress is done. Fixed.
• Patients progressing automatically without a surgeon. Fixed.
• Lowered the window resolution.
